Tobey Houston

Tobey most recently led network development for Mississippi’s largest health care network by number of facilities. She previously served as director of physician outreach/market development. Throughout her career, Tobey has created care strategies and developed relationships with outside healthcare providers and businesses to expand access to primary and specialty care across the region. Houston began her healthcare career as a clinical professional, working as a critical care nurse for 13 years. She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Belhaven University in Jackson and a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Mississippi College. Tobey served as a member of the Executive Board for the American Heart Association, Jackson Chapter and currently serves on the Executive Board of Christians in Action.
